Derrick Roney

Derrick was born in Macon, GA and started his formal training in classical ballet with Jane Madison at the Madison Studio of Dance Education. He continued his studies at Festival Ballet Company in south Atlanta with Gregory Aaron, Nicholas Pacana, and Jocelyn Buchanan performing works such as The Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Swan Lake. He has performed around the metro Atlanta area in musical theatre, music revues, theme parks, and with Carnival Cruise Lines as a Playlist Performer.
