The Memory Lane Series | 2025 Policies
INVOICES
Upon receiving the invoice for a performance in The Memory Lane Series, the hosting venue/company (“Venue”) is under contract with Destination Theatre (“Destination”). Destination will provide the Venue with a graphic and show description to advertise the production.
Once dates and times are agreed upon, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the Venue. All performance dates and times are final upon receipt of the invoice.
CANCELLATIONS
Full Refund
In order to receive a refund, the Venue must cancel with more than three weeks of the performance taking place.
50% Refund
In order to receive a 50% refund, the venue must cancel with at least one-week’s notice.
No Refund
If the Venue cancels the week of the event, 100% of the booking fee is owed to Destination.
If the performance space is not set up appropriately for the show, thus preventing the performance from taking place, 100% of the booking fee is still owed to Destination. To understand the needs of the performance space, please see the section below titled “Performance Space.”
PAYMENT
Payments are due on or before the date of the performance.
Payments can be made via check with no processing fee.
To make a payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or Venmo, the Venue must reply to the invoice by email requesting those options be turned on. A processing fee will then apply - cards/PayPal/Venmo/ApplePay (2.99%) and bank transfer (1%, max $20 per transaction).
If the payment is not made before the performance, late fees of $25.00 per day will be added to the invoice until the invoice is paid in full.
